Reviews & corrections

Feedback should be useful, fair, and fixable.

How we handle feedback about firms and how to request a correction to a directory listing.

Current status: we do not collect or publish client reviews or star ratings. Firm details come from each firm’s own website, and we correct errors when they are reported.
Review standards

If we add reviews, here is how they will work.

Require first-hand experiences

We will request feedback only from people with direct experience and make clear what verification, if any, has been completed.

Keep the content relevant

Reviews should relate to professional services and avoid confidential case details, personal attacks, threats, or unrelated claims.

Moderate consistently

Published guidelines should explain what is reviewed, what may be removed or withheld, and how decisions can be appealed.

Label the limits

Reviews are individual opinions, may be unrepresentative, and are not a guarantee of future service or case results.

Profile corrections

Help keep directory information current.

Firms and visitors can report an incorrect firm name, address, phone number, attorney, practice description, or other profile fact. Send the page link and the correction through our contact form; we review reports promptly and update the listing when the firm’s own published information confirms the change.
